The brief

Fortune Buildcon was launching Fortune Elements, a premium residential project with futuristic features and luxury experiences the city had never seen before. The brief: launch it across print and digital.

The insight

When a product is genuinely new to a market, a feature list does not sell it. A story does.

Real estate ads all look alike: a skyline render, an amenities grid, “luxury living”. And a list of unfamiliar features gives a cautious buyer nothing to picture. New feels risky until someone shows how it fits into everyday life.

So we stopped selling a building. We positioned Fortune Elements as a piece of the future that had arrived early.

The big idea: Captain Future

A time traveller from 2050 who finds Fortune Elements perfectly normal.

Captain Future comes from 2050. The features that feel futuristic to us are ordinary life to him. He isn’t impressed by them. He’s at home with them.

That shift did the heavy lifting. The brand never had to claim it was advanced, because a witness from the future said so. Every amenity became proof, not promise.

It also gave a real estate brand something rare: a face people remember.

Bringing it to life

One character, one voice, carried across every touchpoint into launch day.

One character, one voice, carried across every touchpoint into launch day.

Captain Future carried the story across print and digital, presenting each feature as a normal part of his life. Every touchpoint pointed to one moment: launch day, when the future he described opened its doors.

Results

1,000+ visitors on launch day. 150+ enquiries.

Footfall proves awareness. Enquiries prove intent. Turning roughly 15% of visitors into enquiries on day one shows the campaign brought the right crowd, not just a big one.
