Where it started
GK Group wanted to enter electric three-wheelers, one of India’s most crowded new categories.
GK Group needed a brand that could stand apart from day one, carry the group’s credibility, and earn the trust of drivers, fleet owners and dealers who were buying their first EV.
What we understood
A driver doesn’t buy an electric 3-wheeler. He buys a livelihood.
For him, the switch to electric means lower running costs and more money at the end of each day. So the brand had to promise two things at once: clean energy, and a better future for the person driving it.
The Name
We named it GK Electric. It carries the trust GK Group has already built in the region, and it says plainly what the product is. A first-time EV buyer is betting his income on a new technology. He needs to trust the name, not decode it.
The Mark
Sun + Bird = GK. The sun stands for clean energy. The bird stands for freedom, the freedom to move and earn more every day. The sun’s arc forms the G, and the bird’s wing completes the monogram.
Built to Scale
We didn’t stop at a logo. We created a complete identity system with brand and retail guidelines, covering colours, typography, iconography, signage and stationery. Every new branch follows the same rules, so the brand looks as sharp in its newest location as it did on day one.
The Result
GK Electric launched with 2 branches in Chhattisgarh. Today it is a known name in electric vehicles across Central India, and it has expanded beyond its home state.
